We recorded at the vibey, members-only Verity Club in Toronto. The room Gabby booked had up close city views and the kind of thoughtfully luxurious details that make you slow down and take it all in.
Our setup was intentionally simple on the tech front but thanks to Akash on my team, we had the ultimate podcasting-on-the-go kit dialled in. High-quality audio, social-forward video, and plenty of BTS content for our calendars.
It was seamless.
And honestly, it was a reminder of why podcasting is one of my true specialties: I love creating these kinds of moments that blend environment, technology, and story.
🍽 Spotlight: Female Founders Feast
One of the month’s standout moments was the Female Founders Feast, hosted by Gazzy Amin.
Picture this: 20 powerhouse women around a table, sharing an incredible, privately catered meal while digging into a framework that moves thoughts → feelings → actions → results. We each picked one big outcome to engineer, mapped the actions, and actually put them into our calendars.
The conversations, the food, the collective energy - all fuel for the months ahead.
🏡 Life After Taking a Month off to Travel
September was full.
My kid headed off to high school (be still my heart 🤎).
Our family calendar was bursting at the seams, with my husband and I constantly on the move.
And yet - this is exactly the life I’ve been working toward.
A life where I can travel, work flexibly, show up for family milestones, and still keep my business thriving.
That balance is possible not because I work harder, but because I’ve built systems - powered by AI - that buy me back time and headspace.
